The last time I went to a yoga class with my 30-something daughter at a more common yoga studio geared toward sweaty excercise inducing yoga I was dizzy and nauseous at the end.

The owner, George, is so knowledgeable, kind hearted, and has an open mind and heart.
This studio is tucked away on main street and boy what a gem it is.
