I still don't feel comfortable leaving 5 stars because whether or not the bathrooms' location can be changed, it really makes it tough to go there with kids.
In just a very short time they've fixed some structural issues and some cosmetics and still had time to revamp the old aerobics room into something that is top quality and ready for a lot of different classes.
They offer a variety of classes and can modify any move to accommodate any level of experience.
They keep getting in shape fun and everyone is like family.
Fell out of the routine during COVID (even though they had AMAZING at home workouts they shared with members throughout the shutdown!
The workouts are quick and can be modified for any fitness level.
So much fun to workout that sometimes you don't even realize that you are working out and getting in the best shape ever!
Classes are only 30min and can be adjusted to your level of fitness or ability
Going to bootcamp and working out with my fit family just starts my day off on the right sweaty foot!!
Each workout is different and can be tailored to any fitness level.
