Semi-private and private sessions are available if you are looking for a more intense workout.
All around great gym experience.
The Thrive coaches are absolutely the best and they strive to help make working out more enjoyable and they have become like family!
I am glad I found this place.
Fast forward a few years and now I compete in professional powerlifting, and I do not think that would have happened if I did not have the support of not only the staff but also the other members of this gym.
The staff is friendly and the equipment is in excellent shape.
It also has an inside track , a full size jacuzzi , and they customer service is awesome .
Great Gym，the owners and the employees are pretty nice.
Will add a star once they get the red light room open!
