200 Hour Yoga Teacher training Here at Easy Day Yoga, we've designed a program that encompasses all of Yoga as a whole — not just the poses. We take a holistic and inclusive approach, providing you with a strong foundation in the science of Yoga, that will allow you to balance your own life, as well as give you the tools to assist others in balancing theirs. What we really want you to walk away with is the skills to hold the space for your own exploration into your highest self. When we learn to hold the space for ourselves, inevitably we begin to hold it for others, and that's what being a Yoga teacher is all about.

They offer a variety of classes, I highly recommend trying all of them, even the ones that may seem hard to you, they support you here and offer modifications and help you become strong both physically and mentally.
