With over forty six years of experience teaching dance in the San Jose, Cupertino and Saratoga area, we pride ourselves on giving each student the personal attention and individualized instruction he or she deserves. East West Music and Dance offers group and private classes in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical Hip Hop, and Acrobatic Dance with a focus on age-appropriate choreography and costuming.

What I like most about the studio is that it not only does an excellent job teaching different dance styles and techniques, it does so in a nurturing, caring and inclusive environment that promotes confidence and self esteem.
She has grown to learn and love more than one form of dance and they slowly but surely inculcate the love of dance in their students and without any pressure.
It seems that EWMD is a place for everyone - a young child exploring dance to see if they like it, a child who wants to learn different forms of dance, a more experienced dancer who wants to perform on stage
