I initially found this place looking for a self defense class. They are teaching me that, but also so much more. From the first time I visited everyone was welcoming and the instructors did a great job of making me feel comfortable jumping right into a class even though I had never been to anything like it before. After the first day I was hooked and they have been so gracious about working with my schedule and making adjustments in class to protect my knee, from a previous injury, without me missing out on anything. It is a great place to learn essential skills to protect yourself, build confidence, and even have fun.

He is very passionate about teaching students and will devote as much time and effort as the student wants, in order to help them with questions, master techniques, and learn concepts.
The classes taught me that I am responsible for being my own protection which translated into a higher level of physical fitness for me overall.
He customizes the lessons with real world scenarios that are relevant to the students' professions/day-to-day activities.
