Ever since I started my training with E-Town I was able to get my energy back to take care of my children better and get back my sleep due to many stressful events I have been going through.

E-town fitness gives you everything you need to walk through the door to a better, fitter, stronger, version of yourself.
All equipment is in great condition and staff is very responsive.
Even when I am not able to come in they anre always reaching out to let me know they are still there and encouraging me to keep going!
The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and push you past your comfort zone to achieve results!
I also love that the trainers, who never make this 53 year old feel old, are efficiently working with you to make certain your form is correct.
It has been nice to work with largely the same group of trainers over the course of several years.
The coaches are wonderful and always around to help ensure safety and coach you whether it’s form while lifting, nutrition, or anything else you might need to reach your fitness goals.
This place definitely helps you accomplish goals and gain confidence in going to the gym regardless of gym experience.
