Received a call from EBOGU and he stated that he was trying to make sure the order shipped out today ( I placed this order only maybe 1-2 hours ago) and that the hakama I ordered was back ordered, waited super patiently for me to check the size of a different hakama I own, then immediately offered to ship out one of a different material that was the color and size I need, as well as a refund for the difference in price.
