The dojo is family.
We were not only looking for physical defensive training but also the mental mindset and the ability to control the fear, adrenaline and indecisiveness in a situation.
Beautiful venue to train to see all the classical tradition Japanese culture and architectural features allowing one to feel fully immersed in the moment.
The students of the Dojo learn ways to defend themselves physically, but more than that, the students learn skills that will aid them throughout all of life’s situations.
A place where real-life techniques and application are practiced every day and the teacher actually walks the walk along with the students.
Certainly financial profit is not his motive, instead he believes in the training he offers and its' importance.
If you want to grow as a person and learn to protect yourself and loved ones there is no other place to go.
When i sat down with Don and he asked me what I was looking for, I's hard to explain but i could feel this positive good energy through out our conversation.
I also learned they teach a kids class that is founded on discipline, respect for self and others, and how to WALK AWAY from a fight if at all possible.
