Example: vault- a specific warmup for it includes running and jumping on the spring board (doesn't sound like much to someone who isn't familiar with gymnastics), but this let's them learn where they need to start, the pace they need to run, and where they need to jump to land on the spring board just right (which helps prevent injuries).
This is the only place with Olympic Gold Medalist coaches.
