Dance Well
Stephanie first taught us in a group class. We took around 3 months of group classes, which are lots of fun. Stephanie made it easy to learn and managed the mixed abilities within the class. We then decided to take private classes with Stephanie to prepare for our wedding dance. She perfectly choreographed a dance that fitted our skills set and experience, based on the song we chose, and it was also really well considered for our characters! She managed our frustrations really well, and got us through the tough moments until we were practicing alone easily. We developed a close relationship through our work together. I can wholeheartedly recommend everything Stephanie does!

She has taken us from complete beginners at Lindy Hop to where we know the steps and a bunch of moves and can see how much fun this dance is.
Stephanie was so kind, patient, and helped us slowly become comfortable with this beautiful style of dance (so much so that we still enjoy doing some of the steps when we find ourselves on a dance floor now and then!
She has taught me so much about Swing dancing in a fun relaxed way that helps me put my overthinking aside so I can dance.
We weren't looking for an overly complicated routine, but we wanted to feel comfortable dancing in front of a large crowd and not just sway back and forth.
We also appreciated how she approached learning a first dance by making sure that we understood the framework and building upon that in a way that we could easily adapt on the big day, so we were entirely comfortable when the time came.
