Jennifer, know as “DJ” to her dance students is DX Studio Director. Born and raised in Ashland, Ohio, DJ began her dance training with Opus II Dance Studio under the instruction of Hellie Schussler. She became well versed in ballet, jazz, modern and tap techniques. While at Opus II she was able to dance with the school's pre-professional company, Ashland Regional Ballet. She attended summer intensive study programs at BalletMet, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and was a cast member of Blue Lake International Exchange Program's European and U.S. Ballet Tour in 1999. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in Musical Theater from Coastal Carolina University. Ms Judy is very responsive to any questions or concerns, the teachers all give my daughter goals and suggestions, and she has really enjoyed every class she's taken.

I searched hard for the right dance home for us before choosing Dance Extension- I wanted classes that were developmentally appropriate for my little girl that would teach her dance skills but most importantly help her gain confidence while learning how to express herself through movement.
With classes for every age and skill level it was an easy choice to sign my 4 year old up for Princess Dance.
