We will meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey. I dropped in for a class while in town and Karen was super welcoming.
When I start a body weight squat was really hard now I can back squat 185 lbs.

Cultivus is a special, unique fitness facility with wonderful coaches and members.
We participated in 3 great workouts, were welcomed by knowledgeable coaches, and as is usual in Cross Fit met wonderful people!
Consistency is always hard with working out and Cultivus makes us easy to maintain.
Awesome coaches, who are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals, they modify the workout to meet each individuals fitness level, no matter your age.
Sometimes starting at a new gym (I move a lot for work) can be a little awkward, but here you get such a welcome from both the staff and the members, that it makes it comfortable and welcoming.
I was new to Cross Fit upon joining Cultivus and a little intimidated at first, but I quickly found that the coaches and fellow classmates were amazing, helpful, and scale back or modify exercises as needed.
The coaches are very friendly and helpful.
