I've been doing CrossFit for about 2 years now. As a former dancer, I've always pushed my body to its physical limits in an intense, technical way. No pain, no gain - am I right? After my first class at LandRush, I was totally hooked! Not only do l love the demand that CrossFit has for skill and strength, but the community is also second to none!

The second we walked through the doors, we knew this place was different than any other gym we had ever attended.
The instructors and class welcomed me with open arms and were super friendly.

Not only will the coaches correct your technique but the people around you will push you.
It is a super friendly group of people, so apart from doing exercises, you will also feel part of a family, everyone is welcome!
The atmosphere was relaxed but structured (essential at 5:30am) and the coaches were friendly and helpful.
The owners are all about customer service and making you feel welcome, as are the the rest of the coaches and community members.
Not only have I met some of my best friends here but this FAMILY pulled me out of a very dark place and have become like a second family.
Enjoy the atmosphere and the trainers are great
