Sentiment Analysis
I regularly drop in here when in town for work and the owner, Kerry, always makes me feel welcome and part of the group.
I've visited my four (3y to 3months) little grandkids (who live in other states) and I have so much more energy to play and carry them around as long as needed, not to mention getting up and down off the floor (which I'm working towards making this easier).
We’re like a big extended family – everybody is friendly and supportive of each other at all abilities (novice to competitive performance) and all ages (teens to 80’s).
Everyone is really friendly, they have a good mix of all skill levels in the classes so it is not intimidating for beginners and the hardcore people have folks to compete with.
I know when people hear cross fit people think it is to hard yes it is hard I am over 55 and I thought the same thing but you can modify your work out with Karri the trainer to fit what works for you so don't rule out Cross Fit.
Kerry, the owner, is so welcoming to everyone, regardless of your fitness level.
Easy atmosphere that really pushes you to your limits.
Awesome coaches.
If you’re looking to join a motivating community, Cross Fit Arvada is definitely the place to go!!
It's the best place ever for workout and I feel home, I feel loved and care.
