In this class we exercise the whole body. We use weights like dumbbells , machines, and your own body weight. We also add in cardio such as jumping jacks, heavy ropes, bike, etc. This class is great for burning fat and building overall muscle.

Unfortunately I moved away from the area so I can no longer see Obi for my training needs, however, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that is looking to make a healthy change and take their fitness to the next level.
