We are glad our three year old asked to learn karate. Ten years later, he is working towards his 3rd degree and has gained confidence, respect, focus, and practical life skills at Courage. Not only has he learned a lot, but we have also enjoyed becoming part of the Courage family and our youngest is almost a first degree black belt!

The programs they have for children is a great way to have pre k kids in a classroom environment and start to listen to instructions while also getting energy out.
My family has been going here almost 5 years and just realized that I haven’t left a review.
The kids enjoy the training and are learning discipline and focus as well as self defense.
