Your clothing should always allow for movement. Leggings or tighter fitting pants, like yoga or running leggings are perfect for class. Reformer Pilates and Pilates Strength & Tone classes are completed barefoot or with sticky bottom socks. In Power Pilates and Boot Camp classes, students should wear indoor athletic shoes. Mini-Trampoline students should wear sticky bottom socks only, but class can be done in indoor athletic shoes. Bare feet or non sticky bottom socks are not recommended.

My first class was amazing, and my instructor Tish was very helpful, I was nervous, but I let that fearfulness subsidize, Im no different from anyone, who's been coming to reformer pilates everyone learns differently but, we all get the hang of it eventually one day at a time.
Every instructor has their own unique way of conducting their classes; some use their phones or a notepad to refer to for their routines.
The classes are versatile and modifications are given if you want a more intense/less intense workout.
The prices are very reasonable too, especially compared to other reformer pilates studios.
Katrina is such a fun instructor and helped me throughout the class to make sure I had good form and was getting the most out of the workout.
I would recommend anyone to start taking classes here if they were interested in Pilates.
Under the Old Courthouse are some very cool and unique little shops that are interesting and fun, reasonable prices
