My boyfriend and I took the French Cuisine" hands-on class with Chef Ed. The experience was truly above and beyond our expectations! !! If you are thinking about signing up for one of the classes here, don't hesitate. We learned how to de-beard mussels, render bacon, cut apples into batons, make a perfect vinaigrette that won't separate, and so much more. The flavor combinations were outstanding all around. Chef Ed was patient with us and so helpful with answering our questions as newbie cooks. Excellent vibes and lots of wine. 5/5 stars. We will be back for another class in the future - it's a fun, creative date night and you walk away with some new skills and a few fabulous recipes. "

Chef Dennis is a wonderful professional, who makes everyone feel special.
I was confident in the quality of their food from some cooking classes I had attended there in the past, which are also excellent highly recommended.
As our main course we had the grilled pork tenderloin with mango pineapple sauce, a grilled seasonal vegetable platter with sun-dried tomato vinaigrette, and the roasted fingerling potatoes with olive oil and herbs.
We were walked through each step of the recipe and shown some chef tips for knife skills and prep work.
We didn't know what to expect before coming but we wanted to try something new.
Class is more like a lecture or live cooking show.
Just took a parent child cooking class with my son.
They kept it light and interacted with everyone, answered questions, and were good at explaining what they were cooking, why how etc.
We ordered a meal pack with gyros, greek salad, potatoes and cucumber salad.
The pick up service was amazing (Turkey still warm, had to taste) AMAZING all the way around!
