As a mom that’s been through multiple sports, different facilities, and lot’s of coaches over the years this place really checks all the boxes and while pricey it is worth every cent when you see the personal growth your children will make here!

Is an absolutely phenomenal goal setting and character development, mixed martial arts training and mastery school, that provides classes for children, teens and adults alike (no matter your background, circumstance or physical ability).

I went to a self defense class for the first time ever and was feeling a little nervous, but Dean was so helpful and positive.

For someone that knows literally nothing about self defense, or even fitness, this was super fun.

Scott’s approach is different then most as he incorporates the skills and thought process of a coach and then applies them to changing behavior in a child by changing the mindset and approach of the parent when interacting with the child.
