It is SO nice to be able to show up to the gym and have your whole workout planned (and customized) for you!

At Commit FIT, the workouts are tailored to the individual and, even in group class settings, the trainers modify the workouts to each individual participant.
& I never have to worry that I won’t be able to do it, because Bridget & Chris will always make sure I am able push myself outside of my comfort zone without overdoing it.
Chris and Bridget are amazing trainers who really care about the clients and help us not only set goals, but reach them as well.
If you’re looking for a place to help you become a better version of yourself commit Fit is where it’s at.
By working quickly and as a team, we escaped the room in record time, and we had a great sense of accomplishment and comradeship.
