As mentioned before, this retreat aims to showcase my upbringing; the sun, the beach, the music and the amazing food I grew up with. It is a Family Style trip, so please keep that in mind, not one individual needs is greater than the group, and there'll be optional group activities.

It doesn’t matter if it is your best workout or your worst workout you will end that session with a high five.
He will push you to your limits, but makes you feel like you’re working with your friend.
He always comes up with new exercises to make the workout more fun and he definitely will get you in shape!
It's nice to have Ruzzo as your trainer he has new and interesting techniques, a great personable guy, and he makes it fun!
Will push you outside of your comfort zone, constantly keep workouts fresh and cheer you on as you hit new goals and milestones.
