I decided in this season as we welcome our first child that my wife and I should remember what it is to play and be child-like in nature, and Greenwood meets that objective by leaps and bounds.
I have learned a lot from him, and it’s been so helpful having a supportive, knowledgeable trainer to help keep me motivated and on track with my personal health goals.
Not only has he helped my training immensely in the weight room, but he helped me clean up my nutrition and helped me see results I could have never accomplished alone.
