EVERY instructor consistently motivates you, gives you necessary time, space, and also everyone keeps this different.
All their facilities are clean , the instructors have great attitude and all have their own style which is great because you can mix up your workouts to keep things fresh.
I fell out of shape over the last year, so I decided to start 1 on 1 lessons about a month ago with James and it has been a great decision.
James Noto keeps the class fun and exciting whilst teaching important kickboxing techniques.
I have continued with his classes for a few weeks and I can see changes in my body and stamina.
I've been going to CKO for almost 3 years, the instructors are always positive.
