The variety of classes span every interest and need, and the policies and pay structure are all embracing.
The studio, staff and teachers enabled virtual yoga practice during the pandemic, which was so essential, and have continued to offer virtual classes as well as hybrid and in studio.
Linda Freeman is an excellent instructor, respectful of each person’s abilities, while encouraging us to challenge ourselves, based on our individual potential.
At the end of her class, one feels a positive state of mind, no doubt furthered by her calm, deep charisma.
I’m well past retirement age and naturally stiff, and I find her classes perfect for me.
I’ve taken excellent Yoga, Pilates, and Strength and Conditioning classes at Circle Yoga.
Her training, experience, and skills were on full display as she accommodated a variety of needs and levels in her class.
Circle Yoga provides an appropriate showcase for Linda’s talents, including lots of inclusive activities, and multiple class choices on schedule, level of challenge, and venue (in person and on line).
Wendy ‘s Level 2 flow yoga is has been my favorite the last few years.
Our immersive weekend in the teachings has led me to experience life differently with the children around me, it has also opened opportunities for teaching in our community and the confidence in what I can offer
