Just took a yoga class at Circle of Renewal with Chris Keller, an excellent instructor .
I was at this studio's Grand Opening, and you could sense the integrity they wanted to run their business by.
Great Staff with vision, heart and years of experience to share with all!
It was challenging but approachable, and I feel like I got a full body workout that would rival any class in a traditional gym.
