I focus on teaching how to practice yoga consistently, safely and with devotion to achieve physical well-being, emotional balance and personal transformation. I possess ERYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification in Ashtanga Yoga from Multi-Dimensional Yoga School NYC. I have studied Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Series with David Swenson and David Williams. I also am certified in Yin Yoga by Corina Benner, and have studied Chakra Yoga with Anodea Judith, and Yoga of Awakening with Seane Corn. I am experienced in Hatha Yoga thanks to decades of practice at Integral Yoga NYC, and I learned meditation styles and methods through yoga and as a practicing Buddhist.
