During the first week, I was so impressed by the way Master Song and the other instructors helped my very shy, out of shape, and self-conscious 7 year old make friends, shake off some of her covid induced social awkwardess and become a confident, respectful, and dilligent student willing to put in some hard work to better herself.
In Sept 2018, we went to inquire about TKD and Master Song welcomed Melissa to try out the class that day.
Despite the impact COVID has had on our daily lives, this crew has gone above and beyond to make sure their students have a consistent, safe and supportive outlet.
He was so shy but master song and his team were so patient and kind with him that going to class soon became one of his favorite activities!
He's very personable and the kids really enjoy working with him.
Lucas was his FIRST student at his dojang in Brooklyn 3 years ago and since that time, we’ve been so grateful for Master Song and his team for the opportunity for Lucas to learn and grow, all despite several months being in the midst of a pandemic.
