In my 30's I found myself working stressful 60 hour weeks; totally exhausted and burnt out - physically and emotionally. I have suffered with chronic migraines since I was young, but they were becoming more frequent and unbearable from not taking care of myself. During this time one of my best friends was diagnosed with Stage IV metastatic breast cancer. This was a huge wake up call for me personally, I knew I needed to start taking better care of myself and looking out for my long term health. (Cory's the reason at the end of every class I remind our members to be thankful for the ability to move and challenge our bodies😇❤️)

The classes are fun and challenging and the trainers are motivating, knowledgeable and willing to help at all times!
We all have our own capabilities and levels of fitness, the coaches gear each workout to whatever your level of movement is.
Classes are a little longer and there is an opportunity to track your reps and weights to see your progress.
I reached out to Jaime at Central HIIT and expressed my (multiple) concerns about attending classes related to injuries from my multiple deployments.
The 30ish min classes are so quick and fun (and tough), and a great addition to any kind of lifestyle - whether it’s to supplement to an exercise regime you already have built or you are completely new to exercising.
Super kind, supportive and attentive staff during every class I've attended.
There's absolutely no pressure and you can do the work outs at your own pace.
Outstanding sessions with a superior team of trainers and friendly, motivated members.
Amazing place !!!
