My 7 year old has been coming to Engage lifestyle Martial arts for 3 1/2 years now and we couldn't be happier with our decision . My 4 year old just started this year and he loves it so much . I have completed self defense classes which is amazing that they offer them . If you are looking for something that is centered around the community , this place is perfect ! They have amazing holiday events , Ninja nights , self defense classes , amd so much more ! !

My 8-year-old son has been taking classes since last December, and that short amount of time, he participated in his first tournament and graduated belts.
The training is wonderful and has immensely helped my daughter’s confidence.

If you’re looking for a karate studio that put your family’s best interests and provides growth for kids, Engage Martial Arts is the place.
The amount of growth, confidence, discipline and appreciation for his health and athletic ability is amazing, he would have never grown into the amazing kid almost teenager without attending this amazing school.
The boys have grown so much in their skills and confidence throughout their years here.
They work great with kids in different levels, my son has ADHD and is loving his journey, mostly because he leaves the classes confident that he can do it!
Every instructor at this school go above and beyond to teach valuable life lessons to their students and they do it in a fun yet constructive way.
It is like a huge family at Engage Lifestyle Martial arts and I truly feel like they care about all of the students and families that attend.
The setup was just right for the children to run around, enjoy and participate in the games.
