Carly is the best instructor, peace, confident and strength how I feel after each of her classes.
I'm about as flexible as a petrified rock and of course my family laughed at me while listening to my grunts and groans (and comments) trying to get body parts to flex where they had never flexed before, but Carly was very patient and encouraging, she didn't try to make us (me) do poses that were completely impossible, and indeed the paddle board part (on Silver Lake) added a nice layer of fun and exercise.
She is peaceful and gives wonderful direction.
Carly does a great job working with me right where I am - which is not very flexible.
