Regardless of what brings you to this review, you owe it to yourself to experience the magic of this space.
I’ve been practicing yoga at this unique studio for a little over a month now and can’t express my gratitude towards Kim and the wonderful team at Caffe Yoga for welcoming me and guiding me through my well-being and healing journey.
Great space, great teachers & very clean Good variety of classes.
The sound healing event I went to that had acupuncture from Healing Roots Acupuncture was awesome!
It beats all of the corporate studios as they customize each class to reach all levels of students that attend (from beginner to advanced).
Instructors provide different levels of movement, and they have a straightforward system for consenting to touch.
It has been my experience at other studios that instructors try to speed you through a sequence of movements and poses without ever saying a word about the importance of the breath; trying to pack too much into a class.
Yoga isn't really my thing but for my first time visiting a yoga studio, let alone taking a class, Caffe Yoga didn't disappoint- warm, welcoming environment.
