Amanda and Carolina have built an amazing studio with an excellent location, exceptional teachers, a range of classes for every level.
And when I want to relax and stretch there are plenty of classes with amazing teachers to choose from.
I love that they offer Slow Flow and Yin to balance out the vigorous Vinyasa classes.
I can't say how grateful I am for discovering Buddhi Yoga and what it has brought back into my life!
The instructors are top notch, the variety of classes at Buddhi outnumbers the variety of classes at other studios, and the monthly membership fee is far less than other studios.
