Hi there! My name is Laura. I am the owner and founder of Laura's Brushes. As a child I wanted to be a Paleontologist or an art teacher. As I got older I decided that I loved art more than dinosaurs and began working on a degree for teaching with focus in the arts. As the school system changed and they started focusing more on tests and math than the arts, my concerns grew and I changed my major. I have fought since then with personal issues including physical and mental health. I have held many jobs with many involving working with children. I am certified in first aid, CPR, and working with special needs students.
