As a two-time All-American wrestler, I was impressed by the level of instruction and expertise in explaining the smallest of differences in technique that make a difference.

On an administrative level, they cleared up a misunderstanding on my end quick and professionally.

Edit: I’d also like to add that while every team, club, and gym out there are different, and some are tailored differently for others, this one in particular has personally done a huge boost in my physical and mental health, and for that I really love this team.

Walking into Brazilian Top Team wasn't just about learning Jiujitsu and for selfdefense, it was about stepping into a community and supportive team helped me combat stress and improve my overall well-being.

I joined BTT in February of 2023 as I had been fascinated with the art of Brazilian Jiujitsu for a while so I figured it was finally time to give it a try and I am glad I went with BTT Long Beach.

I love that the gym also has free weights and benches so you can also lift at this gym while getting your cardio and training in.

I've had my 12 year old son training with them for about a year and a half and the staff is so kind, friendly and professional.

I got scheduled for a free class of Muay Thai class so I went in with high expectations due to the reviews but wasn’t met by any instructor or coach.
