I want to start this review with a little background: I am a thirty-something professional without any experience in martial arts (unless you count a few months of judo in the 6th grade), no experience in dance, and certainly no familiarity with acrobatics.
It doesn't matter who you are, where your from, or how old you are, from the moment you walk in to Brazilian Capoeira, you'll feel welcomed.
It has been 12 years since I first trained in karate, and after many experiences and interactions with different martial arts schools, instructors, and students, I can confidently say that Brazilian Capoeira in Denver has something for everyone.
Rick and the other leaders set a high level of excellence while keeping the environment fun and taking the necessary time to personally help any newbies that need it (as I often do).
