Definitely recommend for those who want to get a sweat on and also try something new; besides, punching a bag is better than someone’s face/car window/a wall in dire anger because you found out someone stabbed you in the back, scolded your trust, stomped on all your good faith which is led to long, dark nights and ample amounts of boozy affairs… I digress.
