It's been a few years since I've been in the gym so I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things.
I regularly get a variety of the different shakes with extra protein and they are delicious!
It's VERY spacious, clean, has a protien shake bar, 2 new tanning beds and a collagen rejuvenation bed.
I try to work out 3 days a week with assistance from silver sneakers.
Its rilly good i recommend some great ppl there too
Awesome atmosphere, really cool people working front desk
