It's been amazing to see the transformation in my son, both physically and mentally, since he started training at Body By Discipline.
What I like about body by discipline is the energy you feel as soon as you step in the gym.

I found that gym in Body by Discipline; the atmosphere in the gym is family-friendly, and the best part about this gym is it is a staple in the Lemon Grove community; when you walk, everybody is friendly, and it is a non-judgemental place that allows you to go at your own pace.
Actually, professional trainers available for the entire family.
I didn't love that classes changed a lot (class times are the same but the class itself might change from boxing to kickboxing).
Chris and all the coaches have been extremely flexible with his private boxing / strength training lessons, even when there are times I've had to cancel and postpone last minute.
Friendly staff and knowledgeable trainers.
