I highly recommend this gym very friendly environment for beginners and young boys.
I always find it kind of nerve racking walking into a new gym and this is the first boxing gym that I have attended outside of the UK, but I have to say the whole team at Boca Boxing district and all of the members made me feel really welcome, I had a brilliant time.
Staffs & the owner are so friendly and approachable.

Every here instructor is great and my boxing skills have improved greatly since I started training here.
Coach Dyah Davis trains elite-level athletes, but he is just as happy training absolute beginners the basics.
Not only are classes technically sound taught by ALL current & former Professional combat athletes, they also have decades of combined experience in the fitness industry altogether.
The coaches are legit, the workouts push you and the overall vibe and atmosphere is just the best.
It’s a great place for a workout and the coaches are dedicated to your training and progression!
