Best place to get a good work out, Bobby has a great understanding of fitness, and challenges you to achieve your goals in a manner that fits you fitness level.
I'm currently training Muy Thai under Matt and I don't think I've had a better trainer, patient definitely will not let you feel like you are behind and it's one hell of a workout!
