I am originally from Colombia (South America). I've enjoyed being active all my life, including playing competitive sports such as Squash back in my country when I was in my 20s. .... (a long time ago), hahaha. However, now in my 40s, I was looking for something challenging and extremely effective but SAFE at the same time, and I found BOARD30 Ponte Vedra! ! The training is helping me to strengthen and tone my muscles, improve posture, stability, and flexibility while doing cardio at the same time . .... everything in one! ! I have received so many benefits since I started training, but the most important of all is the energy and happiness I feel every day when I go to BOARD30. This is helping me improve my MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH and is the most important achievement for me ! !!!...
