I am hoping more Hatha, Vinyasa and Rope Wall classes are added because these are my favorite!
I've been coming to Blue since 2018, and did my 200 HR teacher training through them.
I was very loyal to Blue Anjou and took several classes weekly about a year ago.
We bought our 6 classes pass on Groupon.
We rented this GORGEOUS space for a chiropractic training seminar and it was nothing but an in credible experience!
All the teachers make you feel welcome and will help you modify poses to meet your physical needs.
I found the Yin and Yang class and the restorative class to be most beneficial for me (I also do weight lifting and Barre, so I needed a stretch).
The Teachers/Instructors are very knowledgeable and will help you one-on-one with whatever you need assistance with!!!
The people are friendly and I was able to achieve great results.
It has such a calm and balanced vibe and everyone has been so kind and welcoming.
