Coaches Emma and Frank are great with the kids and my son enjoys the fact that the instruction is focused and builds on previous lessons each class and the size is kept to a level so that things get overwhelming and feel crowded and each kid can get on the spot correction as needed.
He also offers a discounted rate if you chose to only attend the women’s only class, so I would encourage anyone to come try it out if you wanted to learn how to defend yourself or just be a little more active

Adam’s teaching style involves the Socratic method where students are encouraged to answer (and ask) questions, which of course keeps students more engaged and paying close attention.

Professor Adam is truly a master at his craft and can teach in such a way it’s easy to understand and apply.
Coach Emma and Coach Frank who lead the program are great instructors and masterfully teach kids basic to complex technique and concepts on a level they can understand
