Consists of 26 postures (asanas) and two breathing exercises (pranayamas), practiced in a hot room. The traditional 26 + 2 series is suitable for students of all levels. The heat is used to warm your muscles, prevent injury, allow a deeper workout, and cleanse the body by flushing toxins. It is both therapeutic and challenging, created for maintaining excellent health and fitness, reducing stress, losing weight, limiting the effects of aging, preventing illness, and reducing the symptoms of injuries.

Nothing beats The Original Hot Yoga!
The ONLY non smelly Bikram studio I've been too ( besides Asheville ).
Excellent atmosphere with wonderfully warm people.
No matter what physical activity I get into over the years be it gym, running, always come back to Bikram.
However, all of the other instructors are just as good, and I definitely suggest you coming here.
If you go, look for Molly and Bynay.
Showers are available for after class.
I have been practicing here for 6 years and enjoy it very much.
First rate instructors.
