Boxing is a sport that has been around forever and will be around forever, but coaches like Mark only come once in a lifetime.
I came to him with zero experience and my first day I walked in a little nervous but that went away immediately because everyone I met was super friendly and welcoming towards me which was awesome.
The owner is a great person and always willing to provide feedback even when you don’t expect it.
I enrolled my son and myself into the program and I give it a 10/10 on how helpful coach / owner of BSB gym Mark helped my son in training and as well myself with different work outs.
