Beckham first and it was inspirational as a parent to see him in action with them (and the other children) because he deeply cares for them each as individuals, and because he is fair and he is strict when necessary.

He takes pride in training each students to achieve their personal goals as well as ensuring they are fully capable of defending themselves if every necessary.
