Our main discipline includes both Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido which are Korean Martial Arts. Tae Kwon Do is one of the world's most commonly practiced forms of Martial Arts. In the Korean language, “Tae” means “kick or destroy with the foot”, “Kwon” means "punch or smash with the hand or fist", and “Do” means "way or art". In translation Tae Kwon Do is taken to mean "the way of the foot and the fist. "

I use to go to bearfoot karate I miss that place so much I miss master Watson he wad my favorite teacher I was his student Elsie I hope to talk to him dome day and he and my uncle know each other
Me and my 3 kids had the privilege of being trained my Master Hoglund and his skilled team at Bearfoot karate for 4 yrs but unfortunately we moved quite far away and had to say goodbye but I felt that the least I could do is let the online community know that if you are in the Spring lake Park community or near by he's worth it.
And please keep up the excellent work.
It has helped my son grow and learn throughout the months and I have seen a big improvement in his attitude, self - confidence, and being helpful at home.
