Sentiment Analysis
From the moment you step in the door, you feel welcomed and energized by the amazing women who work here and the uplifting environment.
I took the most classes with instructor Samantha Tobey Garcia and her energy always kept me moving and I really appreciate her consistent cues for proper form and pace.
Shout out to Danielle who created a wonderful community and my Pilates instructors: Manuela, Kelci and Jaylin who kick my butt every week but keep me coming back for more
It has it all PLUS prenatal and postpartum classes, cryotherapy, infrared, sound bath and meditation!
The combination of excellent instruction, a breathtaking view, and a variety of class options makes it a perfect place to strengthen your body, clear your mind, and find your center.
If you thought you were strong… Some make you laugh, some make you cry (im pretty sure its sweat), and some make you stand upside down without understanding how you got there.
The environment is great, and the instructors are very informative and friendly.
They offer everything from Pilates to pre and post natal exercise classes and even a trampoline class called Jumpsport which is super fun!
It’s just sometimes hard to get into classes if you are like me and like to plan last minute for a workout.
I have been attending classes there since Covid and there really is something for everyone.
