My husband, myself, and my oldest daughter all train here. We have trained at other gyms before, and this is by far one of the best atmospheres we have found. Professor Kevin is an excellent teacher and knows his Jiu Jitsu very well. It has been very good for our health, and taught our daughter some very important values. We couldn't imagine training anywhere else!

The gym itself is clean and spacious with a warm up area, the staff is very friendly and well equipped for minor injuries.

Owner Kevin Bellard was trained by the Gracie family so what you're taught is only one degree away from the expert training of Ralph Gracie.
The most clean and friendly gym their is, always a great atmosphere and vibe to the place, whenever i was having trouble with going because of personal reasons instead of being mean or rude professor kevin was so nice when i didn’t deserve it and pushed me to keep going and i’m so thankful he did, i’ve only been going for about a month and a half and i can see the drastic changes that i am gaining mentally and physically all thanks to the professors, staff, and peers.

Great gym with very helpful and instructional teachers.
I attended the afternoon class and was so impressed and comfortable, I attended the morning class the next day.
I seriously doubted myself and my ability to do it, but it really is something a person at any athletic level can do.
Great facility, great atmosphere, great Instructors, I have known Mr Kevin and he practices what he preaches...
